"In regards to the banana experiment that I started last July 2010 using very saline water for irrigation (3,300TDS). Please note that the results so far are incredible and we are expecting the yields to start producing within the next two month. Minimal amounts of fertilizers and iron were given to those yields. Another section of the farm was planted with the same bananas and were given untreated water (also 3,300TDS) but never made it to the third month. Attached are some dated photos for this experiment.
Also, one of my clients has informed me that he grew melons at his farm using very saline water as well (3,100TDS). The melons were large and very healthy and they tasted very special. Salt residues were washed away from the soil surface.
A new professional experiment will take a place within the next few weeks by the Jordan University. Details of the experiment will be sent to you once its ready to add your comments and recommendations."
