Terms, Warranty, and Returns Information

Prices

All List Prices published by Omni Enviro Water Systems are Suggested List Prices. Omni Enviro Water Systems reserves the right to change prices or specifications without notice. Orders will be processed according to the prices in effect at the date of shipment unless otherwise notified.

Freight

All freight is FOB (freight on board), from Horsley Park, NSW 2175, Australia.

Terms of Sale

Orders shipped prior to the establishment of credit will be subject to payment in full prior to shipping. C.O.D upon credit approval. Net due 30 days from date of invoice.

Warranty

Omni Enviro Water Systems warrants all Hydrodynamic Magnetic Resonators (HDMR) against defects in workmanship or material for ten full years to the original user/purchaser of the Water Systems.

All requests for returns against warranty must be in writing and have a Return Authorization Number from Omni Enviro Water Systems. Proof of purchase is required. All shipping and freight charges are responsibility of the purchaser.

This warranty “does not cover” installation of the system.

This warranty “does not cover” consumer instruction, physical set up or adjustment of any other consumer equipment, loss of use of the equipment, or unfavorable results due to equipment malfunction.

This warranty “does not cover” cosmetic damage, damage due to lightning, electrical surges, fire, flood, or other acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, repair or alteration by other than factory service, negligence, or improper or neglected maintenance.

This warranty “does not cover” equipment sold AS IS, or WITH ALL FAULTS, auction sales, equipment removal or reinstallation, shipping damage if the equipment was not packed and shipped in the manner prescribed, nor equipment purchased, serviced, or operated by other dealers.

Return Policy

No refunds given after 30 days of purchase date. All returned merchandise for refund must be in absolute perfect and new condition, in original packaging (if applicable) with all manufacturers’ included accessories. Merchandise may be returned for credit only upon written authorization and may be subject to an 18% restocking fee (of total cost). An invoice and Return Authorization number must accompany all returns. Any returned merchandise must be in resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges to Omni Enviro Water Systems. Shipments to Omni will be returned in the same manner at our expense. W5 GOES INTO EFFECT WHEN WE RECEIVE THE PRODUCT (What is W5? This means the product will be on its way back to you in 5 business days.) Within 48 hours of receipt of product, the claim will be handled in one of the following ways:

1. If the returned product is within the valid warranty period of ten years and judged by Omni to be defective, we will repair or replace the product. The warranty remains valid on repaired and replaced items for the balance of ten years from the original purchase date.

2. If the problem is not covered under warranty nor repairable, the product will be returned as is.

Any product that is returned without the promotional item(s) included with the original transaction (e.g. buy Omni H2O Energizer, get free Personal Use System;) will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount.

Return Process

Step 1: Return Authorization
* Bring the product to the store where it was purchased.
OR
* Call for a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
* Consumers call 1300 66 07 88.
* Tell us WHAT you are sending back-describe the product.
* Tell us WHY you are sending it back-describe the problem.
* Mail or fax a written request with signature.
* Record the RA# and details for future reference.
OR
* Go online and fill out the Return Authorization request: OmniEnviro.com.au/RA
* Record the RA# and details for future reference.

Step 2: Ship
* Pack carefully and ship the product immediately!
* Include a copy of the original proof of purchase (invoice).
* Include a brief description of the problem and the RA#.
* Mark the defect clearly with a piece of masking tape.
* Print the RA# clearly on the outside of the box.
* Insure shipment

If you live out of Australia:
Drop in to your local Omni Authorized Dealer with your claim. Include a copy of the original proof of purchase (invoice). The shop will validate the claim and call us direct to arrange a Returns Authorization number. They will handle your claim for you.

Tips

* We recommend using Fed-Ex or UPS and that you insure your package.
* Hold on to your RA. If you have any questions about your claim, call Customer
Service and give them you RA number and we’ll be happy to update you on
the status of your claim.
